Dear Vendor!

Once again, in 2023, we want to compile a Tool-Report that introduces and compares software supporting Knowledge Centered Service® (KCS).

Our questionnaire takes inspiration from the  Use Cases of the KCS® Verified Programs by the Consortium for Service InnovationTM, however, is not comparable to it.

Your submissions in this form will become the basis of how we present your product in out Tool-Report. As of now, it looks like your product will be presented on at least a double page in the report.  Screenshots, that you can attach, can appear next to the relevant sections on that double page, with the intent to give readers a better idea of the look and feel of your software.

Our goal with this report is to give readers an overview over fully or partially KCS-friendly solutions on the market and to improve the dialogue between vendors and clients, when a client is specifically interested in knowledge management technology that support a KCS methodology.

We care about highlighting what distinguishes the products. There is no "one" KCS-Software - it's a bit like finding the right pair of jeans, every vendor designs theirs a little differently and that leads to everyone having their own favourite brand. It's often about the details that determine the perfect fit, like the structure of a User Interface, a specific pricing model or capacity plans.

Aside from a few "classics", our questions are geared towards finding out: "What makes you unique?" That is way more important for a client thatn knowing that you can do everything the competition can.
